Kris Habbas from nbadraftinsider.com is back to start the talks about the 2012 Draft a little earlier this year because there are a lot of things to say!

We talked about Kyrie Irving and looked back at the 2011 Draft before we switched the interesting stuff and a few of the choices and options the Cavs will have on June 28th.

The Draft process is only beginning right now so a lot of things can change from now until David Stern calls the young guys who will be the next Cavaliers stars, but we think this will give you a first good impression.

Hey guys! How is everybody?

Jack & I are back for another season of PodCavs and we are really happy to be there although there is no basketball planned at the moment and they might even cancel most of the season soon!

So, to understand more about the dynamics of the CBA negociations and what was at stake, we brought someone who was better than us a getting those things. Tom Ziller, NBA editor for sbnation.com joined us and gave us great insight into what's going on in the closed doors of the rooms where the players association & the NBA officals meet. Since Tom is from Sacramento & a fan of the Kings, we got the talk briefly about the JJ Hickson trade as well!

This is the 3rd pat of episode 33 recorded from the USA where we talked with Scott from WaitingForNextyear about the Cavs draft choices and what to expect from them next (or this?) season.

Then we tried figuring a way out for JJ Hickson, a week before the trade that sent him to Sacramento! Jack & I were on the right track, JJ wasn't gonna be a Cavalier for long after they picked Tristan Thompson in June!

Here is part 2 of Episode 33

We tried to stay reasonable but the fact was, of all the excitment we had coming in the Draft, most of it shifted to anger after the process. Even if we took a weekend to analyze everything before recording, we needed that show to get all those feelings out. We talked mostly of Tristan Thompson here, and the Cavs inability to make a trade on Draft Night, and other things we didn't really understand during the night!

Hey everyone! I crossed the Atlantic because I thought it was more convenient to watch the Draft at 7PM instead of having to go to sleep at 8AM!

I bumped into Jack in Prudential Center (for a weird reason, he was sitting next to me eating chili dogs!) and this is how PodCavs 33 was born.

In this part, we talked about positive stuff for once. I think we didn't even mention THAT GUY once... Other than that, we LOVE Kyrie!

You'll find that Jack had a little drinking game going on and if you can identify any negative comments that he made and I missed, the PodCavs Commission will force him to retroactively take shots of Jim Beam.
